How long does shipping take?

Orders are packed and shipped from our shop in Michigan, usually within one to two business days. Shipping is complimentary on orders over $100.

What is your return policy?

Return or exchange within 14 days of purchase, and return shipping is on us. Items should be unworn with tags attached.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We do. Add a note at checkout and we'll wrap it by hand before it ships.

Can I buy online and pick up in store?

Yes. Choose local pickup at checkout and we'll have your order ready at the shop on East Bridge Street.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment we ship within the United States. Get in touch if you're outside the US and we'll see what's possible.

How do the design services work?

We offer virtual design for a single room and full service design for whole homes. Start with a design enquiry and we'll recommend the right fit.

Are your products in the shop the same as online?

Mostly. The shop carries additional makers, fresh flowers, and bakery items that aren't available online.
